The children of Eastview were treated to a special suprprise visit by the Avon Lake High School National Honor Society. The NHS members took a little time out of their busy schedules to share some of their favorite children's books. They really enjoyed it!

Proposed draft versions of school calendars for the 2012-2013, 2013-2014, and 2014-2015 school years are currently being reviewed for adoption by the Avon Lake Board of Education. Kindergarten registration for the 2012-2013 school year will be held at our four elementary schools this spring. Each child who is five years of age on or before August 1 is eligible to enroll in kindergarten. full story
