th grade Erieview Girl Scout Troop 50106 is pleased to sponsor Bike/Walk to School week from Monday, May 7
th through Friday, May 11
th. We challenge Erieview students to reduce their carbon footprint and exercise more! As an incentive, each day you walk/bike to school during this week you will receive a raffle ticket for one of over 50 great prizes which will be drawn Friday morning such as movie tickets and gift cards to Wendy’s, Cold Stone, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut and over 20 more places! You must come through the front door of the school (not the bus entrance) and stop at the raffle ticket table to receive your raffle ticket. This is for all grades at Erieview and if you are in Kindergarten, 1
st or 2
nd grade, a parent will have to walk/bike with you! This is also a safety issue so there will be extra police to help street crossings by the school. Marty’s Bike Shop will be there one morning to do a bike helmet safety check, a bike helmet will be raffled, and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital has extended a fantastic discount offer for bike helmets. Be on the lookout for Mr. Bosworth as he rides to school as well!

Camp Exploration 2012, our popular Math/Science camp for elementary and middle school students, will be held this year from June 25 - 29, 2012 at Avon Lake High School.
